StaffHealth is a national healthcare staffing company that connects certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses with hospitals, clinics, outpatient centers, and long-term care facilities across the United States. They offer per diem, contract, travel, and permanent placement options with 24/7 support and transparent, no-hidden-fee pricing.
Their business grows when they sign new facility clients who need staffing. The more facilities in their network, the more placement opportunities for their clinical talent — and the more revenue they generate.
The Challenge

StaffHealth had the clinical talent supply but struggled to systematically acquire new facility clients. Their business development team was manually prospecting on LinkedIn — identifying decision-makers at healthcare facilities, sending connection requests, and following up one by one.
